SPORTS COACHING​
Through a one-to-one or group coaching scheme, Nick can assist in improving players through sports specific fitness. Training techniques will include games specific routine based around agility, plyometrics, coordination and sprint training. This will ultimately improve the biomechanics within an athlete to improve performance and reduce injury.
