PERSONAL TRAINING

Since 2010, Nick has been providing a provision of personalised strength and conditioning programmes to a client base of over 60, all with a range of goals and aims.

To cater for all standards and abilities Nick evaluates the physical fitness of clients using a "Body stat composition analyser" to match programmes accordingly, to provide a personalised service. Nick has 6 core focuses shown below, however will always create a regime to suit your personal goals and ambitions.

STRENGTH TRAINING

Using specialised equipment, Nick can build muscle mass and increase strength through resistance training.

LOWER BACK PAIN

By utilising movement based flexibility Nick can combat and rehabilitate lower back pain by activating the core and improving mobility.

CARDIO FITNESS

Nick will use aerobic activities such as cycling, sprinting and plyometrics to help increase cardiovascular fitness.

CORE TRAINING

By activating the core through training regimes including medicine ball, Swiss ball and bosu stability techniques we can enhance your core activation.

WEIGHT LOSS

With the use of a "Body Stat Analyser" we can goal set weight management and body fat percentage to achieve those clothes size goals!

BOXING

Exploring different routines and  combinations, boxing is an effective way to boost endurance and strengthen the upper body and core.
