Nick is a motivated & engaging fitness professional with supervisory and managerial experience, practical problem-solving skills & the ability to thrive under pressure. He thrives in developing effective programmes to progress the fitness of individuals on a mission to better themselves.

QUALIFICATIONS

 - Nick holds a Level 4 Masters specialising in Lower Back Rehabilitation along with Kettle Bell, Medicine Ball and Core Stability qualifications. 

-Sport is a major factor of his life, with him playing rugby, football, cricket, hockey and athletics, at county and divisional level. His main sport is rugby, having played the position of Fly Half for Guildford RFC for seven seasons.

- By being a qualified Level 2 RFU coach, Nick has guided the University of Surrey Women's Rugby team to a BUCS Conference Cup Success 2015/2016 unbeaten season.

- After working with Daley Thompson Athletics Academy for 6 years Nick has gained experience working with children ages 6-13. As of 2019 Nick is now Sports Coach at Ripley Court School.

- Nick has been gym facility manager at The Wimbledon Tennis Championships All England and Lawn Tennis Club for 7 years, providing fitness advice to professional athletes pre and post match.

- Nick is currently Head Strength & Conditioning and seniors backs coach for Effingham & Leatherhead RFC.
